March 7, 2020 - Iverson Charges to 7th-Place Finish in Spring Nationals Finale at Big O Speedway
1Calvin was back on the road with the United States Modified Touring Series (USMTS) this weekend for a tripleheader at the Big O Speedway in Ennis, TX. The opener was rained out, but the Friday and Saturday portions of the program were held as planned. 

Friday, Calvin ran sixth in his heat race on a slimy race track before starting 9th and racing up to 4th in the b-main. From there, he started 20th and raced his way up to 13th in the feature.

Saturday, he started 7th and ran 5th in his heat race, then started 5th and ran 4th in the b, before starting 20th in the 40-lap main event and earning hard charger honors by storming through the field up to a 7th place finish.

March 1, 2020 - Runner-up Finish in USMTS Opener at I-37 Speedway
1 Calvin was in action this past weekend with the United States Modified Touring Series as the group kicked off the 2020 season in South Texas. (Tyler Rinken photo)

Friday night, at the I-37 Speedway in Pleasanton, Calvin was fast out of the gate, winning his heat race from the outside of the front row, earning his first ever USMTS pole award. In the feature, Calvin lead the first handful of laps before settling in to the second spot and racing home with a career best runner up finish for his efforts.

1Saturday, at South Texas Speedway in Corpus Christi, he ran fourth in his heat race before coming home with a 14th place finish in the main event.

Sunday wrapped up the opening weekend at the Cotton Bowl Speedway in Paige, TX and Calvin ran 6th in his heat race, ninth in the b-main and then used a provisional to start the feature, racing from 23rd up to 16th when the checkered flew.

On to the Big O Speedway in Ennis, TX next weekend. Thanks to everyone who supports us!

January 19, 2020 - Calvin Iverson Attends Wild West Shootout at Arizona Speedway
1 Calvin completed his 6 night Wild West Shootout run at the Arizona Speedway in Queen Creek, Az and came out of the desert with 4 top ten finishes for his efforts.

He claimed a third, a fifth, an eighth, a ninth, an eleventh and a fourteenth during the six nights in his #27x USRA Modified.

With over 40 Modified competitors each night, posting top ten runs during 4 of the 6 nights was very impressive for the first year Modified racer.

January 5, 2020 - Iverson Lands a Pair of Top 5 Finishes in Battle at the Border in New Mexico
1Calvin opened his 2020 racing season at the Vado Speedway Park in Vado, New Mexico during the 3 day Battle at the Border.

Calvin competed with the USRA Modifieds all weekend.

1Friday night, Calvin raced from 5th to 3rd in his heat race before getting a flat tire in the main event, ending his night early. (James Racing Photography)

Saturday, he raced from 6th to 3rd in his heat and came home with a career best 2nd place finish in the main event for his efforts! During

Sunday's finale, he ran second in his heat race and raced from 8th up to a solid 5th place finish in the feature, capping off a great opening weekend of the season.

December 31, 2019 - Calvin Iverson and Iverson Motorsports Launch New Team Website
1In a culmination between FYE Motorsports and MSR Mafia Marketing & PR Services, a brand-new website has been launched for multi-division racer, Calvin Iverson at at www.IversonMotorsports.com.

On the heels of a successful 2019 campaign, the team is already preparing to kick off the 2020 season. Action opens with Modified competition at the inaugural Battle at the Border at New Mexico's Vado Speedway Park on January 3-5.

From there, the racing shifts to FK Rod Ends Arizona Speedway (Queen Creek, Arizona). A total of six Modified programs will be held from January 11-19.
